Registration fee for GASTRO 2009 delegates and Fellows in Training includes:  

  • Admission to all scientific sessions
  • Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception on Sunday, November 22, 2009
  • Admission to Poster Exhibition and Technical Exhibition
  • Admission to the OMED/ESGE Learning Area
  • Admission to the Ultrasound Learning Centre
  • Unlimited use of public transportation system, valid for 5 days
  • Congress materials (delegate bag, final programme, abstract book etc.)
  • Coffee breaks and lunches (Monday – Wednesday)


Registration fee for accompanying persons includes:

  • Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception on Sunday, November 22, 2009
  • Unlimited use of public transportation system, valid for 5 days


Registration fee for Postgraduate Teaching Programme and PGT Fellow in Training includes:

  • Admission to PGT courses
  • Syllabus
  • Coffee breaks and lunches (Saturday and Sunday)


Registration fee for ESGENA/SIGNEA conference includes:

  • Admission to all ESGENA/SIGNEA scientific sessions and workshops
  • Admission to the ESGENA/SIGNEA Welcome Reception on Saturday, November 21, 2009
  • Admission to the Opening Ceremony, Plenary and scientific sessions

Participants who would like to register on-site are advised to arrive early. The registration counter will be located in the Entrance Hall of the ExCeL London.

Fees that have been forwarded too late may not have been credited to the congress account when the meeting starts. To avoid double payment, please make sure to bring a copy of your receipt. Please note: Down-payments cannot be accepted. In the case the full amount of your registration fee has not been received by October 16, 2009 the on-site registration fee will automatically become effective.

Cancellation

Any cancellation must be notified in writing to dm&c. In case of cancellation before July 1, 2009 we will refund your registration fee minus 50 % charge for administrative proceedings. Please do not expect this kind of financial settlement until after the congress. As of July 1, 2009, we cannot grant any refund for cancellations.

With full pre-payment until May 15, 2009, early registration rates will apply. After May 15, 2009, full registration charges (late registration fee until October 16, 2009, and on-site registration fees after October 16, 2009) will apply.
