Welcome Ceremony

The Welcome Ceremony is a special event organised by the 4 host societies in order to welcome delegates from all over the world. It will take place on Sunday, November 22, 2009 within the ExCeL London. The official Welcome Ceremony starts at 19:30, although different moving entertainment will already circulate from 18:45. From 20:30 onwards a cocktail reception will take place in the Boulevard and give delegates the opportunity to meet, mingle and enjoy the evening.
