Invitation to Industry/Sponsorship Prospectus 2009 available now

The congress organisers would like invite companies to become sponsors of the GASTRO 2009 UEGW/WCOG, London, enabling them to promote their scientific endeavours. Being our partner in the industry you will have the advantage to benefit from an open package system: This means that Premium and Major Partners packages give you the flexibility to choose your own package's contents! Please note that all sponsor items and exhibition space will be sold on a "first-come, first-served" basis! All requests for sponsor items and/or exhibition space will be ranked according to the income date of the order forms; the income date becomes effective with the payment of the first instalment. Therefore make sure to order your preferred items in time!

ExCeL London is a world-class venue, situated in the commercial heart of Britain London, adjacent to Canary Wharf and within easy reach of the city. In regards to the arrival of your transport to the venue for the exhibition area and any other deliveries that you may have, we have now reverted to having the traffic marshalling operation back on the ExCeL London site rather than at the Peruvian Wharf off site facility. This way you should save time in arrival and for the delivery items due to the fact that you are near to the exhibition areas.

We kindly would like to inform you that due to the fact that a lot of booths were split or combined the original numbering is disordered. In order to help delegates find each booth easily, we would like to re-number all booths. We would like to emphasize that all locations, neighbours, aisles, etc. stay the same as only the booth number itself has changed.

Second Site Inspection

The Second Site Inspection for industry Partners at the ExCeL London took place on Tuesday, April 14, 2009.
